In our ongoing series of seminars we showcase a roster of experienced lecturers, those whose expertise and enthusiasm make learning a most enjoyable experience. Seminar Description
Join photographic lighting educator and Profoto Legend of Light Tony Corbell, as he illustrates the ease, importance, and full understanding of working with “shadows.” Known as one of the leading lighting experts, Tony has been spending more and more time researching and teaching the concepts of shadows. Learn the controls necessary for creating soft shadows, hard shadows and creating depth and design found within the world of shadows.

From 2016 to 2020, Tony spoke to more than 30,000 photographers worldwide on the topic of light control and his numerous Youtube videos and highly popular Creative Live classes have reached almost three million views. With more than 38 years in photography, he has photographed some of the most recognized faces including three US presidents, world leaders at the United Nations, fashion models, celebrities, NASA astronauts and more. From his beginnings in a small west Texas town, he has photographed or taught photographic technical skills in more than 20 countries and world capitals as well as in all fifty US states.

- All Vistek events, workshops and seminars begin promptly at listed times
- Pre-registration and payment in full is required
- In the event of a program cancellation or postponement, pre-registered patrons will be notified
- Customers may re-book or cancel registrations up to 48 hours prior to the program date
- All cancellations are subject to a $10 cancellation fee
- Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made later than 48 hours prior to program or workshop date
- In the event of severe weather, classes may be postponed without notice if an instructor is unable to attend
- Vistek reserves the right to cancel or postpone any program without notice
